That is a beautiful prayer!!! And I sure am still praying for Haiti! With all these earthquakes and suffering around the world, it does seem like scripture is coming true, that there will be disasters in many places. I pray most for the understanding of people that they need Jesus!
Almighty God, Father of all nations,
For freedom you have set us
free in Christ Jesus.
We praise you and bless you
for the gift of religious liberty,
The foundation of human
rights, justice, and the common good.
Grant to our leaders the wisdom
to protect and promote our liberties;
By your grace may we have
the courage to defend them,
For ourselves and for all those who live
in this blessed land.
We ask this through the intercession of
Mary Immaculate, our patroness,
And in the name of your Son,
our Lord, Jesus Christ,
In the unity of the HolySpirit,
With whom you live and reign,
one God, for ever and ever. Amen.

Lord Jesus,
Good Morning, you are the rising Sun, the firstfruits of the future resurrection, grant that we may not sit in the shadow of death but walk in the light of life.
Show us your goodness present in every creature, that we may contemplate your glory everywhere.
Good Night, as the day draws to a close, Sun of Justice, we invoke your name upon the whole human race so that all men may enjoy your never failing light.
Pray for Our Nation
2 Chronicles 7:14
If they pray to me and repent and turn away from the evil they have been doing, then I will hear them in heaven, forgive their sins, and make their land prosperous again.

Healing Prayer
Heavenly Father
I call on You right now in a special way.
It is through your power that I was created.
Every breath I take, every morning I wake,
and every moment of every hour,
I live under Your powers.
Father, I ask You now to touch me with that same power:
For if You created me from nothing,
You can certainly recreate me.
Fill me with the healing power of Your Spirit.
Cast out anything that should not be in me.
Mend what is broken. Root out any unproductive cells.
Open any blocked arteries or veins and rebuild any damaged areas.
Remove all inflammation and cleanse any infection.
Let the warmth of Your healing love pass through my body
to make new any unhealthy areas so that my body will
function the way You created it to function.
And Father, restore me to full health
in mind, body and spirit,
so I may serve You
the rest of my life.
I ask this through Christ our Lord.
Amen.

The World Needs Heroes
O Holy Spirit,
Spirit of wisdom and divine love,
impart your knowledge, under-
standing, and counsel to youth
that they may know the vocation
wherein they can best serve God.
Give them the courage and strength
to follow God's holy will.
Guide their uncertain steps,
strengthen their resolutions,
shield their chastity, fashion
their minds, conquer their
hearts, and lead them to the
vineyards where they will labor
in God's holy service.
Amen.

The Value of A Smile
It costs nothing, but creates much. It enriches those who receive without impoverishing those who give. It happens in a flash, and the memory of it sometimes lasts forever. It cannot be begged, borrowed, or stolen, but it is of no earthly good to anyone until it's given away! So if in your hurry you run across someone too weary to smile ~ leave one of yours. No one needs a smile as much as he who has none to give. ~ Author Unknown
