In His light seeking joy and contentment in the simple pleasures of life.
Heavenly Father
I call on You right now in a special way.
It is through your power that I was created.
Every breath I take, every morning I wake,
and every moment of every hour,
I live under Your powers.
Father, I ask You now to touch me with that same power:
For if You created me from nothing,
You can certainly recreate me.
Fill me with the healing power of Your Spirit.
Cast out anything that should not be in me.
Mend what is broken. Root out any unproductive cells.
Open any blocked arteries or veins and rebuild any damaged areas.
Remove all inflammation and cleanse any infection.
Let the warmth of Your healing love pass through my body
to make new any unhealthy areas so that my body will
function the way You created it to function.
And Father, restore me to full health
in mind, body and spirit,
so I may serve You
the rest of my life.
I ask this through Christ our Lord.

Spirit of wisdom and divine love,
impart your knowledge, under-
standing, and counsel to youth
that they may know the vocation
wherein they can best serve God.
Give them the courage and strength
to follow God's holy will.

strengthen their resolutions,
shield their chastity, fashion
their minds, conquer their
hearts, and lead them to the
vineyards where they will labor
in God's holy service.

The Value of A Smile
It costs nothing, but creates much.
It enriches those who receive without impoverishing those who give.
It happens in a flash, and the memory of it sometimes lasts forever.
It cannot be begged, borrowed, or stolen, but it is of no earthly good to anyone until it's given away!
So if in your hurry you run across someone too weary to smile ~ leave one of yours.
No one needs a smile as much as he who has none to give.
